This Shipping & Returns policy applies to wholesale purchases made through voeshpro.com and is intended for licensed professionals, retailers, and authorized business customers purchasing VOESH products for resale or professional use.
Shipping
Orders may be placed at any time through voeshpro.com. Wholesale orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order ships, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the account. VOESH ships via approved carriers, including UPS and USPS, depending on order size and destination.
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. VOESH is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Shipping
At this time, voeshpro.com ships within the United States only. We are unable to ship wholesale orders internationally, including Canada.
International availability may vary by distributor. For information on authorized international distributors, please contact us at care@voesh.com.
Returns & Claims
Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, all orders placed on voeshpro.com are considered final sale.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only in the event of:

Incorrect items shipped
Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

VOESH reserves the right to evaluate all claims and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items

Orders placed in error or overstocked inventory
Wholesale returns for unsold merchandise are not accepted.
